    Life looked fine on paper—but under the surface, I was restless.

    I kept looping through the same days: working, resting, naming goals I never touched. I dove into all the self-help guru advice, and came up frustrated and feeling flawed. I kept trying to overhaul everything to reach the milestones everyone thought were right, and I’d just end up overwhelmed.

    I was stuck in that space between knowing I wanted more, and not being totally clear on what my more looked like—or how to get there without frying my nervous system.

    That’s why I built the Follow-Through Framework—to support people like us in making meaningful change, at a pace that actually honors who we are.

    I hold Precision Nutrition Level 1 & 2 Coaching Certifications, and I’m currently training in Change Psychology. But, I’m not just another over (or worse, under) educated person preaching at you - I’ve lived the struggle. So I coach with compassion first.
